The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the administration of the orlistat capsule (Xenical) on the metabolism of the lipase inhibitor, orlistat hydrochloride (Xenical) at a dose of 120 mg/day and to evaluate the anti-tumor effect of this drug in patients with cancer.
Eight patients were divided into three groups. In group I, orlistat hydrochloride (Xenical) 120 mg/day orlistat (Xenical) 120 mg/day was given after a 5-day course of orlistat (120 mg/day orlistat) at a dose of 120 mg/day. In group II, orlistat (Xenical) 60 mg/day orlistat (Xenical) was given after a 5-day course of orlistat (120 mg/day orlistat) at a dose of 120 mg/day. In group III, orlistat (Xenical) 60 mg/day was given after a 5-day course of orlistat (120 mg/day orlistat) at a dose of 120 mg/day. All patients were given either orlistat 60 mg/day (30 mg) orlistat 60 mg/day (30 mg) in conjunction with a high-fat diet.
The mean age of the patients was 62.2 ± 13.2 years, the mean body weight of the patients was 1.75 ± 0.4 kg (body weight was greater than 2,5 kg), and the mean age of patients was 67.8 ± 4.4 years.

Orlistat hydrochloride (Xenical) is the most widely used drug in the management of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus [1]. XENICAL is an effective, inexpensive oral medicine, which has been approved for the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The majority of patients who take orlistat hydrochloride have no risk of cardiovascular disease and are at risk of diabetes mellitus. Orlistat hydrochloride is the most important lipase inhibitor in the management of the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
